All of us have a name in which to identify ourselves with. Our close frineds call us by our name. It is the same with our grand creator. The word GOD or LORD is often misunderstood to be the name of God when in actuallity he does have a personal name, one in which he himself wants us to use. In the original Greek scriptures in Psalms 83:18 it says; " That people may know that you who's name is Jehovah. You alone are the most high over all the earth". even Jesus said to Satan, as written in Mathew 4:10 that it is Jehovah your god that you must worship. It is him alone that you are to render sacred service. In Mathew 6:9-10 we are told the way we pray, to sanctify his name. How can we do that if we do not know or even use his name. God or Lord is just a title. much like President or Judge ect. Exodus 6:2,3 in speaking to moses; he said " I am Jehovah. While on earth Jesus made his fathers name known. If your Bible has GOD or LORD in capital letters, that is most likely where the name Jehovah was taken out. The original greek scriptures had Jehovah's name written in it some 7 thousand times. Why do you think in some Bible versions that Jehovah's name was taken out. Ask your minister or clergy that question and see what they say.

WOW! I must say that I have learnt what I may not have learnt in school or any of this churches that worship on sundays. The devil is really busy but If at all he has not been able to hinder the truth of which is still being taught, then I don't think he can at all do it. I have very recently only had my eyes opened to the true meaning of why we are here and those who attempt (and are succeeding) to oppress us and keep us from not having any faith.

I would class myself as an atheist for the majority of my life so to have the beliefs I do now is very shocking to a lot of the people I am good friends with. But I am not doing it for shock value, I genuinely believe.

Even though all this time I felt that there was no such thing as God, I could always feel something good deep within and could never explain it. For one I have never been scared of death, even as young as seven or eight vividly remember the ideas I had about life and death, that it was just a natural process. The second we are born into this world we are programmed to die and I am ready for that whenever the time comes.

I don't want to trail off too much I just wanted to provide some background on my sudden change of beliefs. But the question I ask is that now I have found faith, where can I practice this? By this I mean that a lot of the churches are corrupt in the sense that they change the words of the Bible and force us to celebrate the Sunday, which is just wrong. Some even have images of the Eye of Horus in their churches, the visual sign of the devil from ancient Egypt! I want to attend some kind of church but I don't know which one's I can trust so was asking for advice.

Also what Bible can I buy, as I don't want one that has been tarnished or amended by people who do not want us to have the true message.

Any help will be much appreciated and if you message me I can possibly add you on skype or twitter.

Thank you for posting your comment of for expressing your point of view and why you are confused about this matter of the God Head. To be brief and simple, Jesus is equally as divine as the Father. They are two separate beings and they share the same spirit, the Holy Spirit. Whatever substance, so to speak, that God is made of, Jesus is made of; Divinity.

The doctrine of the trinity is wrong in the sense that they take it that prayer can be made to the Holy Spirit, whereas the Bible is quite clear that prayer is to be made to the Father, and we can approach Him through the merits of His Son, Jesus. The terminology "son of God" is limited to our language, to our reasoning. This matter will become clear and we will be able to understand it when we get to heaven, I believe.

I understand that WLC acknowledges Christ to be the Son of God, but not God! If Christ is not God and only God's Son, then what is His gender, and how could the divine give birth to un-divine entity? And is He, therefore, a male or Female? If He is none, then why did He (Christ) manifest as a man not a woman, and why is he compared to Adam who God created him a man? In addition, if your Doctrine is to reject the principal of the Trinity as the constituents of the God entity, and God is only One God as described in the Gospel of Mark, not three as explained in the Decree of faith by the other denominations of Christianity? If then God is one, then who is the Son of God, is He created by God to be His Son and given all powers in Heaven and on Earth. Notwithstanding, that the Holy Spirit is acknowledged by you as the Spirit of God which according to your teaching is a separate entity of God the Father since it manifested itself as a dove that rested over Christ during His baptism, while the voice of the Father heard saying: "This is my Son in whom I am pleased"!? I am totally confused; I have no intention to offend you; I only intend to understand. If this cannot be understood by man, then how come you understood the Trinity Doctrine to be false and understood that God is ONE having only a Son and a Holy Spirit? Consequently, you make the God entity to be of a duel nature instead of triune, not ONE, unless you define the Spirit of God as not God! So, to understand your Doctrine, one must refer to the Son of God and the Spirit of God not to be God, but of less hierarchy than the Only God who is the Father! Finally, why does John tell us: "He who has the Son has the Father, and he who has not the Son has not the Father?

With all due respect to your very highly esteemed interpretation of the Bible which I have gone trough the first time in my life and have been amazed and astounded by your conception of Bible understanding!

The Gnostic leaning of this site is so heavy, it will soon be revealed.
At the beginning of this article, WLC makes the unbiblical claim that "It is apparent that an external solution (out of the realm of the sinners) had to be devised." The article goes on to claim "The Bible says it is "the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints" Colossians 1:26. (Talking about what they call the external solution.)
This is what the bible really says: Colossians 1:24-27; 24 Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and fill up on my part that which is lacking of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church; 25 whereof I was made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which was given me to you-ward, to fulfill the word of God, 26 even the mystery which hath been hid for ages and generations: but now hath it been manifested to his saints, 27 to whom God was pleased to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: 28 whom we proclaim, admonishing every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ;
And in Ephesians 3:3-7 the bible reads,
3 how that by revelation was made known unto me the mystery, as I wrote before in few words, 4 whereby, when ye read, ye can perceive my understanding in the mystery of Christ; 5 which in other generation was not made known unto the sons of men, as it hath now been revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit; 6 (to wit,) that the Gentiles are fellow-heirs, and fellow-members of the body, and fellow-partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel, 7 whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of that grace of God which was given me according to the working of his power.
To read these verses in context, without wearing WLC blinders, the mystery hidden for ages is the Body of Christ, the true Church; Jesus' bride.
Compare both passages in contxt as whole ideas, using the discernment God has given you, and you will see the truth.
