I don't know why there is argument about Trinity and Three Godheads.
In a family, for instance, father, mother and their kids are called by the same name, right?
I mean the surname. Of course, everyone has their own individual names.
It is like arguing, if the mother's name is same as the father's.
Of course she has, and of course she doesn't.
Some say that God, Son and the Holy Spirit, these three are one.
And the other say, that these three are different.
Both of you are right, and I think there is nothing to argue about it.

When the Bible said that God alone treads (walks) upon the waves of the sea (Job 9:8), why then Jesus was able to walked upon the Sea of Galilee (Mt. 14:25)?

When God said that beside Him there is no Savior (Is. 43:11), why then Jesus was called Savior (Phil. 3:20)?

When God said that He was the first and the last (Is. 44:6), why then Jesus said that he was the first and the last (Rev. 1:17)?

When the Bible said that God is coming back with all His saints (Zec. 14:5), why then Jesus said that he will also come back with all his saints (1 The. 3:13)?

If God was the only one who can forgive sins (Is. 43:25), why then Jesus could forgive sins (Mk. 2:5)?

Why Thomas did said to Jesus as "My Lord and my God" while Jesus did not reject his words (Jn. 20:28)?

Why Isaiah did said that Jesus will be called the Father and the Holy Spirit [Counselor] (Is. 9:6)?

Why did the Bible said that Jesus was God with us (Mt. 1:23)?

When the Bible said that the name of the living God was "I AM" (Ex. 3:14), why did Jesus said that before Abraham was born, I am (Jn. 8:58)?

When God said that every knee will bow and every tongue shall confess to Him (Rom. 14:11), why did Jesus said that every knee shall bow to him and every tongue shall confess that he is Lord (Phil. 2:10-11)?

By the above mentioned Scriptures interrelation, it is a fact quoted from the Scriptures that the Father and the Lord Jesus are one God in nature (The Holy Spirit also is part of the 3 persons, yet one God in nature). The concept of Trinity does not promote of worshipping many gods.

Online readers, if you strongly agree with the Scripture quotations I mentioned above, vote it up! The Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are one God in nature. Yet these three exists because they have their different roles to be fulfilled. Also, these three exists because in order for us to know more the Father, there must be two witnesses to valid it up. The Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit will testify to the Father, the Father and the Holy Spirit will testify to the Lord Jesus and the Father and the Lord Jesus will testify to the Holy Spirit so that we’ll get to know more God in His nature. Did you get the idea? By one witness a testimony cannot be established. Rather, it must be two or three (2 Cor. 13:1). For us to know that the Father says will let the people believed, the Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit were there to testify. And we found it in the Bible. That’s why the Trinity exists.

The more effective Scripture for the concept of Trinity is found in 1 John 5:7. Use KJV! Do not use other Bibles, for other Bibles deleted it and thus corrupted the fact of Trinity.

There is NOT three God--rather, there IS one God.

When I speak to my child and tell him that it's bedtime, I have an invisible, audible word. Likewise, in the beginning, through His invisible, audible Word, God (that IS, the Father) spoke into existence all things. (Remember, the seen is set for us as an example of the unseen! We see this with ourselves, so that the unseen about God can be understood!)

Thus:
The unseen/invisible spoken/audible Word in the OT became the seen/visible flesh/physical Word in the NT.

John 1 verse 1: "In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the Word was GOD"
John 1 verse 14: "And the Word became flesh and dwelt amongst us"
World last chance team. I know its confusing ,but God is not like us,who are we to understand His being. All we have is His word which tells us that Jesus is God in the flesh,God the Son. 1 God 3 persons. Makes no sense to us but that what the Bible teaches. God is the trinity. Read 1 John 5 verse 7,"..the Father, the Word and the Spirit are one" Read the bible, don't come up with theories.
Why do you at World's Last Chance adamantly reject the Three person Godhead doctrine?

1) Response: Could the Father experience extreme anguish if Jesus was not His literal Son? This doesn't make bibilcal sense. If we truly loved someone we would feel anguish if we had to deliver them to death even if they were not our literal son. For example, we are told that David loved Jonathan in this way and they were totally unrelated to one another: "Now Jonathan again caused David to vow, because he loved him; for he loved him as he loved his own soul." (I Samuel 20:17) The Father and the Son were in an intimate love relationship throughout eternity. Jesus would not have to be the Father's literal Son for
the Father to feel extreme anguish in giving Him up.

2) If Jesus is absolutely co-equal with "the blessed and only Potentate Who only hath immortality" (1 Tim. 6:15,16), who absolutely cannot die, then Jesus did not truly die:

Response: Regarding the argument that if Jesus was co-eternal with the Father He could not die, this would be true if Jesus had not adopted humanity. It was because the divinity of Jesus could not die that He took humanity upon Himself. Notice the following telling statements from Ellen White:

"I am the resurrection, and the life." He who had said, "I lay down my life, that I might take it again," came forth from the grave to life that was in Himself. Humanity died: divinity did not die. In His divinity, Christ possessed the power to break the bonds of death. He declares that He has life in Himself to quicken whom He will. 5BC 1113

"When Christ was crucified, it was His human nature that died. Deity did not sink and die; that would have been impossible." 5BC 1113

Further: Co-equal does not mean identical in power; Jesus had clearly set aside certain of His powers/rights/prerogatives as deity for the purpose of completing His mission in incarnation (John 17:5; Philippians 2:6-8; John 5:19, 30; Hebrews 2:14, etc.).

3) Response: Regarding the third objection to Godhead that the Holy Spirit was simply the glorified manifestation of Jesus (in other words, the same person at different time periods) the Bible clearly proves otherwise. The Holy Spirit existed before the glorified manifestation of Jesus. He was present at the baptism of Jesus as a separate entity (Matthew 3:16, 17) and on other occasions of His ministry before His glorification.

4) The fourth reason for World's Last Chance rejection of the Trinity is because it destroys the sanctuary truth:

Response: The fourth objection ignores the fact that Jesus is pleading before the Father as a human being. This is a logical argument that simply does not hold water. I simply can't understand why one divine entity who has become a human being and represents us, cannot plead before another in behalf of sinful humanity?

God bless you in your study of the inspired word.

Three Godhead

Is God, the Father and God, the Son persons? You know the answer to this. But is the Holy Spirit a person as God [the Father or the son]is a person?

“We need to realize that the Holy Spirit, who is as much a person as God is a person, is walking through these grounds.—Manuscript 66, 1899. (From a talk to the students at the Avondale School.)” Evangelism, 616.

“The Holy Spirit has a personality, else he could not bear witness to our spirits and with our spirits that we are the children of God. He must also be a divine person, else he could not search out the secrets which lie hidden in the mind of God. . . .” (Evangelism, 617, is indexed as Manuscript 20, February 7, 1906.)

How many living persons are in the Godhead?

There are three living persons of the heavenly trio; in the name of these three great powers—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—those who receive Christ by living faith are baptized, and these powers will co-operate with the obedient subjects of heaven in their efforts to live the new life in Christ.—Special Testimonies, Series B, No. 7, pp. 62, 63. (1905)” Evangelism, 615.

Is Holy Spirit the First person of the Godhead or is he the Second person of the Godhead or is he the Third person of the Godhead?

“Sin could be resisted and overcome only through the mighty agency of the Third Person of the Godhead.” The Desire of Ages, 671.

“Evil ..could only be restrained ..by the mighty power of the Holy Spirit, the Third Person of the Godhead.” Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel Workers, 392,

Is Christ a DISTINCT PERSONALITY, yet one with the Father?

“The Lord Jesus Christ, the divine Son of God, existed from eternity, a distinct person, yet one with the Father.”—1 Selected Messages, 247 (Review and Herald, April 5, 1906).

"The Father and the Son each have a personality. Christ declared: "I and My Father are one." (9T pages 67-6

“Christ, ..‘His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.’ Isaiah 9:6. His goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.’ Micah 5:2.”—Patriarchs and Prophets, 34.

Notice: Christ is called the everlasting Father, yet he is a distinct person from the Father. If you say Christ and Father are one person, you destroy the personality of God and Christ. This is exactly what the ‘three gods in one’ theology destroys.

Is the Holy Spirit is a DISTINCT PERONALITY, yet one with Christ?

“The Holy Spirit is the Comforter, in Christ’s name. He personifies Christ, yet is a distinct personality.” Manuscript Releases, vol. 20, 324

Note: Christ is the “Everlasting Father” ( Isaiah 9:6). But not the Father in person but one in unity. Christ is also the “Counselor (comforter)”, but not the

Comforter in person, but one unity. To say that Holy Spirit is the personality, and presence of Christ in our souls” is effectively destroying the personality of Christ since Holy Spirit “personifies Christ, yet is a distinct personality.” 8 Manuscript Releases, vol. 20, 324.

Did the Third person of the Godhead who has a distinct personality from Christ ALWAYS exist from eternity AS A SEPARATE PEPRONALITY? Or did He come into existence sometime later?

“The eternal heavenly dignitaries—God, and Christ, and the Holy Spirit—arming them [the disciples] with more than mortal energy . . would advance with them to the work and convince the world of sin.”—Evangelism, 616.

This work began in the heavenly courts . .The Godhead was stirred with pity for the race, and the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit gave Themselves to the working out of the plan of redemption. In order fully to carry out this plan, it was decided that Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, should give Himself an offering for sin.”—Counsels on Health, 222.

“The eternal Godhead—the Father, the Son,and the Holy Ghost—is involved in the action required to make assurance to the human agent.”— Upward Look, 148.
