What GOD has joined together

Many thinks that it is only Marriage that God joined together, I want to let you the reader of my comment know that there are still some things in the Bible and in our christian faith that God joined together that no man should put assunder. I will only mention this one to let you know that GOD joined the two together and you as a believer, never put it assunder.

FAITH AND OBEDIENCE. God joined faith and obedience together, let no man put assunder, Abraham had great faith in God, He obeyed God to the last core He left his father's house to the land of promise, he offered Isaac as a sacrifice and all by faith and obedience.

Widow of Zarephat obeyed, she had great faith and obeyed Prophet Elijah and she was blessed throughout the famine period. Many of our Patriachs that have faith in God succeded because they obeyed.

Thefore my brethren, add obedience to your faith, GOD joined them together in your life never you put them assunder. God bless you.

"For the wages of sin is death.
“And if you faithfully obey the voice of the Lord your God, being careful to do all his commandments that I command you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God. Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the field. Blessed shall be the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your ground and the fruit of your cattle, the increase of your herds and the young of your flock. Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl. Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.

“The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before you. They shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways. The Lord will command the blessing on you in your barns and in all that you undertake. And he will bless you in the land that the Lord your God is giving you. The Lord will establish you as a people holy to himself, as he has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk in his ways. And all the peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the Lord, and they shall be afraid of you. And the Lord will make you abound in prosperity, in the fruit of your womb and in the fruit of your livestock and in the fruit of your ground, within the land that the Lord swore to your fathers to give you. The Lord will open to you his good treasury, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hands. And you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail, and you shall only go up and not down, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, being careful to do them, and if you do not turn aside from any of the words that I command you today, to the right hand or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them. (Deuteronomy 28:1-14

"Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.(Philippians 2:12-13) - maristel toledo

All of us are not worthy to be saved, but because of His overflowing love for us,

Salvation brings us closer and closer to God.Through salvation,we received forgiveness of sins and we a new people in Christ Jesus.Salvation goes hand in hand with obedience and these are things that have a common attachment. There for, obedience to salvation plays the following roles
We are always forgiven for the sins we commit in our daily lives and cleansed by the blood of Jesus.
We experience revival in our lives, families, place of work and school.
We are given strength to overcome our enemies and also o to find more friends whom we share with life matters.
The bond between God and us is strengthened.
I haven't listed all the points but if you contact me,you will get more. - Wepukhulu Emmanuel

ALL THE EPISLES WRITTEN BY PAUL ARE ALL FIRE.THE BOOK OF ROMANS IS A LOVELY BOOK BECAUSE IT IS FULL OF QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS BY THE SAME SAINT PAUL. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED I BELIEVE THAT BECAUSE OF THE SPECIAL GRACE GOD OUR FATHER GAVE TO PAUL, HE MADE CHRISTIANITY WHAT IT IS TODAY.
GOD BLESS. - EGENIWARE ADUKU EDOLO

THIS IS ALL THAT THE BEGINNERS NEED IN CHRISTANITY. OBEDIENCE AND FAITH ARE TIED TOGETHER. THEY ARE INSEPARABLE. WHY ARE THERE TROUBLES EVERYWHEDRE IN THE WORLD?
IT IS AN OLD STORY. ONE DOES NOT NEED TO REPEAT IT. AN AVERAGE GOOD CHRISTIAN SHOULD KNOW THAT OBEDIENCE IS THE FIRST LAW ON EARTH IF NOT IN HEAVEN.
WHAT HAPPENED TO ADAM AND ITS RESULT COMPARED TO ABRAHAM AND ITS RESULT?
THIS YOUR ARTICLE IS VERY, VERY TIMELY FOR THIS GENERATION.
I REALLY LOVE PAUL AND HIS WRITINGS.IF I CANNOT FOLLOW PAUL'S TEACHINGS, IT IS MY FAULT. PAUL IS THE INTERPRETER OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. SOME PEOPLE EVEN CHRISTIANS AND SOME PASTORS BLAMED PAUL. IT IS PAUL WHO SAID THIS AND THAT, AND NOT JESUS OR GOD WHILST THE WORDS OF THE BIBLE ARE INSPIRED BY GOD. PAUL HAD SAID IT ALL.
GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR TEAM OF WRITERS. - EGENIWARE ADUKU EDOLO

It is indeed very logical. Through the disobedience of one man (the first Adam), sin and death entered the world. Therefore, through the obedience of one man (the second Adam, who is Jesus Christ), forgiveness and life everlasting is gained. - TET SALDI

Its not FAITH plus your WORKS(obedience) that gives your salvation.... Its FAITH that WORKS.....
Christ died for us because he love us,therefore we should love him back by obeying his commandments.
We don't obey him so we can be loved,NO....we obey him because he already loved us.......
OBEDIENCE is not bad...its good, but it depends on whats motivating you to be obedient....are you obeying him to be saved? or are you obeying him because you are already saved......
The BIBLE says:We love him because he FIRST loved us.....amen.:) - netani coriakula

This article is such a breath of fresh air and a ray of light in a world saturated with DELUSIONS direct from Satan.

The book of Romans is where the Lord directed me to read when I found Him and He me! It was such a wonderful thing to see and understand that his LOVE is found in His LAW and that our obedience IN OUR FAITH to Him is paramount. I especially like chapters 5,6 and 7.

I see by reading some of the comments that there are many who are under the spell of darkness and do not see...suffering from itching ears. (IIThess. 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie)

Please read II Thessalonians 2 verses 7-12 in context.

7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

I see this every day...no love for the truth, they just want what Satan has offered as the easy way out by deception. They find much comfort in the lies...how sad.

Satan "believes" is he "saved"?

1 John 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.

4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

7 Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.

STILL LOOKS LIKE OBEDIENCE IS A NECESSITY...AFTER ALL WE ARE JUDGED AND CONDEMNED BY THE LAW

I have faith. I "believe" Jesus when He promises to destroy those that do not love Him and keep His commandments. (faith AND works)FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD James 2:17.
And I believe Him when He tells me that I have a place with him because I am repentant of my sins and purpose in my heart to sin no more, and because I love my fellow man as He also first loved me and because I love Him enough to keep his commandments. He does NOT love me because of how GOOD I am or what I do...I can't be good enough in my own flesh...only through Him is there any HOPE. Only through His strength can I walk in His statutes...and I DO. He did it and You can too!!!

Remember that He loves you and he also loved AND killed every man woman and child on the planet with the exception of the eight in the great flood. YES he loves you...but will have to destroy YOU if YOU do not overcome sin. Narrow is the way and few will find it, He said few NOT many! The many who choose the lies are the majority of the "Christian" world today. The 2nd death is awaiting those that love NOT the truth and would willfully follow the teachers of lies. There only a few of us that accept the truth and of the few not all will be saved because not all have a solid foundation and will be swept away in the coming tempest. Satan is going to make it very easy to defect and very inconvenient to obey God. Most have already willingly accepted the mark of the beast and there are going to be billions of dismayed "Christians" who took the easy way and chose to believe the LIEs.

LOVE HIM...SERVE HIM IN OBEDIENCE...WITH GLADNESS OF HEART SPREAD THE TRUTH...AND GO HOME WITH HIM

say it like it is disobedience leads to death. If Adam and Eve had obeyed God in all His Glory there would never have been any thing like sin. now because of this Jesus Christ had to come and i thank God He did, for our lives could be different, as long as we choose to live according as His word says {obedience}.His blood was shed so that we would have life more abundantly, i think its reason enough for us to obey and live. - Natalie Monsegue

Disobedience can lead to death. If you check in the Book of First kings the story of the Prophet who had been assigned by God to delievr a message to Israel and he disobeyed by eating in a certain prophet's house.Later the voice of the Lord came upon the Older prohet saying Because He had disobeyed he was going to be die.Onew must repent from disobedience because it is a sin.A number of Pastors run away from the work of God just like what Jonah did but there are problems which will make tem come back. But its not good to wait for the problems so that you can understand God and His assignment - gerald Vambire
