I feel churches in Bangladesh are very weak in spiritually and economically. There are many churches where there is no pastor. No one to lead churches ministry! Churches are running in terrible condition. Most of church member do not attend church service. I am an ordinary Christian. The conditions of pastors are very bad. They are not economically solvent also. Believe if the guardian of the Church is not in good shape he cannot lead the church for good. Their salary is very poor like USD20 to 200 per month. Some pastor does not get any salary. My thinking is if pastor do not need to worry for his day to day life he can serve church with his life. I am basically an engineer. Working as Manager in International Mobile Company, I am in good shape. So I try to help 1/2 pastor monthly. But it is not enough. There should be an arrangement for USD300-500 for 70o-1000 pastor/month about. If a fund can be raised to make an income generating program can be made to fund pastor/priest life long, so pastor can priest with dedication I believe there will be revolution in Bangladesh.
