The Philippines is struggling to recover after a fourth typhoon has hit the country in the past 30 days.
The latest storm named Mirinae killed at least 20 people.
Heavy rains over the weekend triggered more floods in an already water-logged region.
Previous storms caused the worst flooding the Philippines has experienced in 40 years.
The three previous typhoons killed more than 900 people and left tens of thousands homeless.
Forecasters say yet another powerful storm may soon hit the region.
