How do we prosper?

God's Law intended to provide spiritual and physical prosperity to all that keep it. If we keep the health Laws we will not get sick. If we keep the financial laws of faithfulness in tithes and be diligent in work we will not be poor...We can not expect to receive blessings when we walk in disobedience.

Find time everyday twice morning and at night(before going to bed) to praise our lord and also whenever you get time 'Praise the lord for all his blessings'

Father the blessing of Abraham has come upon me through Jesus. I am blessed when I come and when I go. I am blessed in everything I set my hand to do.

Galatians 3:13-14 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us--for it is written, "CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO HANGS ON A TREE"--

14 in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

We have been redeemed from the curse of the law. We have all sinned and fallen short. In doing so we were under the curse of the law. The curse basically destroys everything that is good in your life. The curse will ruin your health, finances, relationships, job, and more. If the curse run's its full course, the curse will completely destroy your life (Deut 28:15-6. Thank God we have been redeemed from the curse of the Law.

In fact, not only have we been redeemed from the curse but the blessing of Abraham has come upon us. What was the blessing of Abraham? Abraham was very rich (Gen 13:2, Gen 24:35). Abraham was healthy enough to climb mountains when he was more then 100 years old (Gen 22:2). Abraham lived a long life (Gen 25:7-. God answered Abraham's prayers and healed Abimelech's family (Gen 20:17). The blessing covers every area of your life (Deut 28:2-14). Now these blessings belong to you. You received the blessings of Abraham from Jesus when you became a Christian.

You may be saying "But I'm poor, sick, and my life is wreck. How can I be blessed?" To manifest those blessing you have to believe the blessing, speak the blessing, and seek the blessing. You have to agree with and expect that the Word of God is true and will manifest in your life. You have to watch what you say and make sure that your words agree with God's Words. You have to seek the blessing, meaning you have to take action that is consistent with what you believe.

I never get tired of watching sunrises. It is amazing how quickly the
darkness is chased away when the sun begins to rise. Quietly, yet
powerfully, LIGHT just does the thing God created it to do.

In the beginning we read. . .
"(3) And God said, 'Let there BE LIGHT,' and there WAS LIGHT. (4)
And God saw that THE LIGHT WAS GOOD. And God SEPARATED the LIGHT from the
DARKNESS." (Genesis 1:3-4 ESV)

Did you notice that the "LIGHT WAS GOOD", but that was not said of the
darkness? God made a separation between the LIGHT and the darkness. They
don't
mix. As soon as LIGHT is brought in, the darkness is dispelled. That is the
power of LIGHT! It is more powerful than darkness. Such is characteristic of
the LIGHT of truth as well. That ought to encourage us.

Paul asked, "What fellowship does light have with darkness?" (2
Corinthians 6:14 ESV) It has none. As LIGHT and darkness do not co-exist,
neither is good and evil to coexist in our life. LIGHT dispels darkness
because LIGHT is more powerful than darkness. Such is also a powerful
characteristic of God Who brought the LIGHT into existence, for John
declared, ". . . that GOD IS LIGHT, and in him is no darkness at all." (1
John 1:5 ESV) There cannot be. And that is to become the essence of our
being as well. As LIGHT chases out the darkness, so "good" is to expel the
evil from our life. May we experience how "truly good" the LIGHT is in all
aspects of its connection with our life as we resolve to walk in the LIGHT
of God.

John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

2 Peter 1:2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord.

Isaiah 54:13 New International Reader's Version (NIRV)

13 I will teach all of your children. And they will enjoy great peace.

When you are touched by God, you change. You will never be the same again. When your children are touched by God, your children will never be the same again. God wants to touch your children. Take the time to teach your children about the Lord. Let them know how much God loves them. Show your children how much you love them. Treat your spouse with love. Be a good example to your children. The greatest lesson your children will ever learn is the example you set before them.

The word "peace", in this verse, is the Hebrew word "Shalom". Shalom is a great word. It means nothing missing nothing broken. Shalom is when you have health, prosperity, and strong relationships. When you have shalom you will be fully satisfied.

Now that is what God is promising for your children. God is promising that your children will be taught of the Lord and they shall have great Shalom. Sometimes it is easy to be negative or critical of your children. Don't do it. Speak the Word of God over them. Talk to your children about the Lord. Tell your children that God loves them and He wants them whole with nothing missing and nothing broken. Show your children some mercy and some love and watch God go to work in your children's lives.

Speak the Word: Father, my children are taught of the Lord. Great is the peace/shalom of my children.

You probably knew that God is rich. But have you thought about
what that means?

Since God is not poor, surely He would not desire His children
to suffer poverty.

Misunderstanding has developed because most Christians think
Jesus was poor and that His followers should also be poor. Not
necessarily true, but a strong tradition.

Why did God create all the wealth of this world? Surely not for
the devil and his crowd.

God does not withhold good from us but desires blessing for all
His children. If it were otherwise, God would not even be as
good as earthly parents.

Any court would condemn an earthly father, who, although rich,
withheld support from his children. Should we think our Father
God is any less loving and caring and giving than an earthly
father? NO! Jesus taught that our Heavenly Father is much more
gracious and generous than any earthly father.

MATTHEW 7:11 NASB
11 "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to
your children, how much more shall your Father who is in heaven
give what is good to those who ask Him!

Just because you have not yet received the fullness of God's
blessing does not mean God does not desire that you have it. We
must grow up and quit blaming God. Instead, we should seek Him
for understanding and help to receive all He has for us.

Yes, God warns against trusting in riches or being deceived by
them. Anything can be dangerous if not used properly. Fire can
maim and kill, yet properly controlled it is a great blessing.
So it is with money.

God is not against His children having wealth. He just does not
want us to trust in it and worship it.

PSALM 35:27 NASB
27 . . ."The LORD be magnified, who delights in the prosperity
of His servant."

Let's line our thinking up with the Bible and quit letting the
devil rob us of the blessings God intends for us.

SAY THIS: God is my wealthy Father Who loves me and delights to
bless me.

Where does it all end?
For reading & meditation: Matthew 7:13-20
"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction '" (v.13)

Today we look at the special understanding the psalmist received when he came into the sanctuary of God: "Then I understood their final destiny" (Psa. 73:17). As soon as he considered the final destiny of the ungodly, everything dropped into focus for him. He had looked at the prosperity of the ungodly but he had not looked at their end - he had not taken in all the facts. What are the facts concerning the end of the ungodly? The passage we read today tells us: the broad road which the ungodly travel leads to destruction; the narrow road which the godly travel leads to life. It is as simple as that. Though this passage was not available to the psalmist, the truth underlying it was most certainly known to him. Listen to this from Psalm 37: "The transgressors shall be destroyed together; the future of the wicked shall be cut off" (v.38, NKJ). The writer of that psalm, King David, described the wicked spreading themselves like a green tree, but when the end
came they vanished off the face of the earth and no one could find them. The trouble with us is that so often we dwell too much on the present and fail to consider the future. Do you look at the ungodly, many of whom seem to be having a marvellous time ignoring moral restrictions, and feel envious of them? Well consider their end. Give some thought to the ultimate outcome. The Bible describes it as "destruction" . We ought never to forget that it is not how things are at present that is important; it's how they end that matters.
Prayer:
Father, whenever I am next tempted to compare my life and its circumstances with that of others who do not know You, help me to remind myself of the fact that it is the end that matters, not the beginning. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Thank God for what you have,
Trust God for what you need.

"He blesseth the habitation of the just" (Proverbs 3:33).
He fears the LORD, and therefore he comes under the divine protection even as to the roof which covers himself and his family. His home is an abode of love, a school of holy training, and a place of heavenly light. In it there is a family attar where the name of the LORD is daily had in reverence. Therefore the LORD blesses his habitation. It may be a humble cottage or a lordly mansion; but the LORD's blessing comes because of the character of the inhabitant and not because of the size of the dwelling.

That house is most blest in which the master and mistress are Godfearing people; but a son or daughter or even a servant may bring a blessing on a whole household. The LORD often preserves, prospers, and provides for a family for the sake of one or two in it, who are "just" persons in His esteem, because His grace has made them so. Beloved, let us have Jesus for our constant guest even as the sisters of Bethany had, and then we shall be blessed indeed.

Let us look to it that in all things we are just -- in our trade, in our judgment of others, in our treatment of neighbors, and in our own personal character. A just God cannot bless unjust transactions.

As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.
