The Most Important Constitution in the Universe World's Last Chance released a video explaining why God's law - The Ten Commandments - is still applicable today. In response to the Ten Commandment Weekend held each May World's Last Chance launched the first of a video series explaining the true significance of God's eternal law. The issue whether the Ten Commandments should be displayed in public places or not is trivial from heaven's perspective. In the New Testament the Bible states that God wants to write His law in the hearts of His children. (See Heb. 10:16.) Emphasizing the importance of hanging the Ten Commandments on our walls while disregarding the adherence of its precepts – including the fourth commandment's Sabbath observance - is the same as emphasizing the importance of wearing a cross necklace whilst neglecting to invite Christ to live in the heart. Christians today put much emphasis on outward appearances at the neglect of what matters. World's Last Chance is burdened to outline the true importance of the Ten Commandments. Satan despises God's law because it is man's only means for knowing what constitutes sin. (See Rom. 3:20.) Satan's main agenda is to have the world believe that the law of God is not binding. Thus he keeps people ignorant of the fact that they are sinners and in need of a Saviour. In this way he is leading millions to reject the gift of salvation that has been purchased with the blood of God's only begotten Son. If we love God, we will love to obey Him and will be in harmony with His law. (See John 14:15; 1 John 5:3.) It is when our love for God wanes that we start dwelling on outward acts. (See Matt. 23:25.) Many think that law of God has been changed or abrogated; it has not. (See Rom 3:31; 6:1-2.) The coming video in The Ten Commandment series will address this ubiquitous belief. For more information, please visit www.WorldsLastChance.com. In His love, The Word’s Last Chance Team |
apists, people with chronic mental or emotional disorders who are following their own conscience, with no feeling of guilt, seeing people as an object to their own selfish gratification? Is that ok for them to follow their own personal rules of conduct? If there is no Law,then they are not condemned....Gods absolute Law is liberty.
What is dated about The Ten Commandments? To me a world full of: jealousy, lying, theft, adultery, murder, abandoned & disrespected parents,a Sabbath that is not recognised, taking God name in vain, false idols & there are many ways to Heaven or make up any god you fancy & worship it?.............I am sorry but sounds like hell to me.Kids are baffled because their parents are decieved & 'spare the rod & spoil the child'."My people perish through lack of knowledge".
I am confused by your dsidain for mythology, whilst you embrace names like 'witchwild'?The fact is that over 60% of American Evangelicals think there are many ways to Heaven,so contrary to you observation the Americans are falling asleep in their millions-Jesus commanded us to stay awake & be a living witness to the end.Thats all,if God is not calling you thats between Him & you ;because you already seem to know more about The Bible than I can tell you.
If we teach our children that there are no consequences for their actions-in this life or the next then prepare to reap a whirlwind. We are a product of our belief sytem-aetheist,communist or whatever religion & as the Bible states we reap what we sow.
