Having listened to David Wilkerson's ministry for years I would say that Times Square church seems a sound place to worship. I know he has retired but Is suspect his successor is just as commendable. SFox

There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Go towards the light. These are phrases one often comes across when reading or hearing about "the near-death experience." I kind of like to view it more as "the near-darkness experience. Darkness is no stranger to me. I have walked in darkness, even when I was walking the desert sod at high noon in the middle of summer.
The word "light" is such a magnificent word to ascribe to our Lord, Jesus Christ. "God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all." (1 John 1:5). Let us all, then, go towards that Light. If one but only looks for the Lord in a moment of darkness, one will not miss that glorious, radiant Light. Put on the armour of Light, and there will be no darkness. Put on the armour of Light and walk in Christ. "In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it." (John 1:1-5). Last night at work, sitting in a dimly-lit control room, I read Paul's words, "The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light." (Romans 13:12) I had taken (smuggled) my bible into work last night. I was so hungry for the Word after having abandoned it for some time. I can't remember the last time I picked up my bible. I can't tell you when the last time I prayed prior to last night. It's been awhile. I had slipped away from the Light, and I unconsciously slipped back into darkness. That's what we Christians do when we don't put Christ first before all other things. When we believe and don't actively seek, we let go of the Light and, suddenly, we wake up and find ourselves in darkness again. Darkness, to me, is living in this world without Christ at the forefront of my thoughts. No Christ. No Light. Darkness prevails. Paul's words moved me to prayer. I had to pray for forgiveness! All my prayers include an inventory of all the good things in my life to which I give thanks. When I took inventory, that Light turned back on. The darkness went away. How can I be in darkness, when I have so much to be thankful for? I wasn't in darkness after all. The world led me to believe that I was because I had not been wearing that armour of Light. I had not been seeking Christ first before all other things. Turn on that light. . . think Christ. Move towards the Light. Stand in the Light! Be one with the Light! You become a part of the Light! Forgive me Lord. A hard lesson has been learned. You are the ultimate teacher. Sometimes we have to do without in order to realize just how much we had. I walked without You for a spell, but You called me by name, and I (all of me) returned to You. This time, it seems as if the Light is so incredibly brighter. I want no part of darkness. I desire You, the Light of my life. Dear Christian: What are you wearing today? written by kenny jerome, March 10, 2009 Consider the intricate weaving of the spider’s web. How does an insect get this inbuilt ability to manufacture the delicate strands, so evenly spaced? Could a human hand make anything so beautiful yet practical for the spider? How unique that without effort it can eat its helpless prey at leisure when the web is finished. Look at a cockroach. Its antenna is more finely tuned to the sights and sounds around it than any of those humanly designed aerials on our rooftops. Did you ever gaze at a colony of bats. They fly in thousands in close proximity but never collide. God gives them a built-in radar. WHY THE FLY? The humble fly - why does it exist? On the face of it there seems no benefit to us. The fly crawls on excrement, then next minute it’s settling on our food. It irritates us at the barbecue. Surely someone greater than us has designed it? Was it to make us more conscious of hygiene? Or is it merely food for the spider? Only God knows. It’s marvellous how every species of insect, bird, animal is able to reproduce, be it the tiny ant or the enormous elephant. The surf crashes onto the sand, booming like a thousand drums. Why does it do that, and who can stop it except God? The sun rises and sets, precise as a $1000 watch. If the heat were excessive we would all die. If the sun had no heat our fruit and vegetables would not grow. There would be no solar heating either. The rain: it falls, whether we like it or not. Yet without it we could not survive. We know if a seed is put into soil, exposed to sunshine, and water added, it becomes a plant or flower. Who supplies the formula to make it happen? It is surely someone greater than us. If we lose an eye it cannot be replaced except by a false eye. The reason: no medical practitioner has succeeded in emulating God’s design. With all today’s technology, the human brain is still more complex and intricate than any computer. The brain is there at the moment of birth, complete and ready to develop within a human skull. Our every action begins with a thought generated by the brain. What scientist could design one? Probably many have tried. The human brain must have a Master Designer. Having pondered on the foregoing, we must surely say yes, God must be real. Yes, I believe. "The Bible says: "The fool says in his heart, there is no God." written by asif asif, March 10, 2009

In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that your faith—of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. 1 Peter 1:6-7

Courage, valor and strength of character
are all the same thing. The root word in latin is "core" meaning heart and that is a really good place to start. Take heart gentle woman. Take heart gentle man. Our Father God says, "Do not be afraid. I am here; I will catch you that has always been my plan". Courage is not the denial of your circumstance but facing the reality and taking a chance. The chance you take is really a choice; one brave decision from the world hearing His voice. So, get up and dance; get up and fly do it all before your time to die. If you don't meet your destiny head on will regret your life when you meet that New Dawn. Copyright © 2009 written by Antoinette Nartker, March 09, 2009

I want to encourage you to flee from "Religion". It's NOT about denomination; it's all about HIM. Jesus is all that matters. When you find a church that doesn't go into all the man-made doctrines and just dwells on scripture, tells you it's not all about salvation (even though salvation is the start; it's about TRANSFORMATION (when you're saved you should be transformed). Find one that is loving but encourages you to disciple others. Then you're found your church. I know that I go to Dayton Living Word Church in Dayton Ohio and I don't know how to answer you about what church to go to in New York. Please visit the link dlwc.org to find out more about what I'm talking about. And about having God's seal; I'm not sure what you mean, but when you are saved you are sealed unto the day of redemption. So, if you are saved, then you are already sealed. I hope you fine what you're searching for. written by Antoinette Nartker, March 09, 2009
We love to tell the story
Of the lowly virgin birth How God came down from Glory To live with man on earth. We tell how the angel came To tell Mary she would be The mother of our Savior and how the angel told Joseph that Mary was not sinning; that with God she had found favor. We tell how He was born In a manger in Bethlehem How shepherds heard angels singing The fulfillment of the Plan. We love to tell of wise men Who traveled from afar To worship the new King They followed that bright star It was a very long trip The prophets from old Told of how you would be born To be the King of Israel That’s how it was foretold. Pay attention to the gifts that Were given on that day Gold was given by Melchior A king of Arabia Maybe because that family Would have to run away Herod sent the order out all male infants they were to slay. Frankincense was given By Balthasar, a king of Saba (Present day southernYemen) It was used for religious rites This showed that they knew That He was heaven’s Holy Light. Myrrh given by Casper the king of Tarsus (Present day southern Turkey) It is a resin to make oil used to anoint kings Used for so many things. Frankincense and Myrrh could have Been used when Jesus died But he didn’t need perfume because In three days Jesus was ALIVE. He conquered the grave To show us the Father’s glory. He lives forever more And that’s why we tell the story. We love to tell the story Of the lowly virgin birth How you came to earth from glory To give us all worth. written by HOWIE STEPHENS, March 07, 2009

In the Midst of the Mist, There Is Joy
When there are trials, troubles, tumult, or thunder; When calamities, collisions and clouds arrive That may darken the way you are walking today, Take joy, for Christ is alive. When you think you cannot take one more step forward, When pain, and weakness and sickness prevail, You may not have the words to cry out to the Master; Do not despair; He is already there. If the mist is so thick that you cannot see through it, And the darkness is closing in fast, And you can’t even see your own hands out before you, Our Savior is present long after it’s past. Do you think there are trials that no one has faced? Do you think no one knows how you feel? Do you think your temptations are oh, so unique? Think again; Jesus Christ knows so well. Are you thinking that suffering can just bring despair? Do you think there is no one who cares? Are you certain afflictions will not end for you? Think again; Christ the healer is there. In the midst of the mist, there is joy everlasting; Pure joy that the world may not know. In all of your trials, our Lord went before you, And through them He’s helping you grow. In the midst of the downpours and thunderous storms He is walking beside you to show That in your weakness He is your strength. Let Him guide you wherever you go. So when you are weary and longing to quit, Remember that He sees the start and the end; He loves you, and holds you and leads you along And gives joy for the journey, my friend. written by KEN CHRISTIAN ADRIAN BARTOLOME, March 06, 2009

“For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.
“Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Those who believe in him are not condemned; but those who do not believe are condemned already, because they have not believed in the name of the only Son of God. And this is the judgment, that the light has come into the world, and people loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil. For all who do evil hate the light and do not come to the light, so that their deeds may not be exposed. 21 But those who do what is true come to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that their deeds have been done in God.” written by Jose de Leon vitug 111, March 06, 2009

Beautiful Deception...
Dear lie, Your truths are beautiful. Your reality bittersweet. What’s right is wrong and what’s wrong is right. We always seem to stay with you, despite what you put us through. You provide security. Albeit a facade we choose to believe. Embracing hugs and an endearing kiss. Resentment and deceit sweetly coat your lips. We blind ourselves with rose colored glasses because we refuse to see. See it coming from a mile away but embrace it unexpectedly. Teary eyed and broken hearted, yet somehow we become unguarded. In hopes of healing we look your way. Desire change but still we ask, “Please will you stay?” Spoken Promises stops the crying. But you always break them. Inside we’re dying. Don’t leave us now. Don’t let us go. Your mouth says “Yes” Temptation states “No” Back at the beginning, we start this vicious cycle all over again. One step forward, three steps back. Lost in this mess wondering where we’re at. Dear lie, your truths are beautiful. Our hearts a soiled welcome mat, laid out just for you. They say ignorance is bliss, I can see why now. Forever your slave desperately wanting out. written by Amado Tumbaga, March 03, 2009
It would be helpful to understand the bible verses if we consider the time it was written and addressed to people of that generation. A woman shall not wear anything that pertains to a man, nor shall a man put on a woman’s garment, for all who do so are an abomination to the Lord your God.
In Old Testament times, men and women wore clothing that was superficially similar - long robes and wrapping garments were common for both sexes. Yet, the specific types of garments and the way in which they were worn made a clear distinction between the sexes, and this command instructs God’s people to respect those distinctions. Some have taken this command to be the “proof-text” against women wearing pants and some Christian groups command that women wear only dresses. Yet, this is not a command against women wearing a garment that in some ways might be common between men and women; it is a command against dressing in a manner which deliberately blurs the lines between the sexes. ..."Nor shall a man put on a woman’s garment" This does not prohibit a man from wearing a kilt; yet it clearly prohibits a man dressing like a woman, as is all too common - and all too accepted - in our modern culture. written by kenny jerome, March 03, 2009
Angel
Angel baby asked God, "They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?" "Your angel will be waiting for you and will take care of you." The child further inquired, "But tell me, here in heaven I don't have to do anything but sing and smile to be happy." God said, "Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you. And you will feel your angel's love and be very happy." Again the child asked, "And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me if I don't know the language?" God said, "Your angel will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to speak." "And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?" God said, "Your angel will place your hands together and will teach you how to pray." "Who will protect me?" God said, "Your angel will defend you even if it means risking it's life." "But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore." God said, "Your angel will always talk to you about Me and will teach you the way to come back to Me, even though I will always be next to you." At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices from Earth could be heard and the child hurriedly asked, "God, if I am to leave now, please tell me my angel's name." "You will simply call her, 'Mom.'" written by kenny jerome, March 03, 2009

If the devil happens to deliver a circumstance to you that you cannot handle, do not attempt to resolve it but kindly put it in the SFJTD (SOMETHING FOR JESUS TO DO) box. It will be addressed in My time, not yours.
Once the matter is placed in the box do not hold onto it or remove it. Holding on or removal will delay the resolution of the problem. If it is situation that you think you are capable of handling, please consult me in prayer to be sure that it is the proper resolution. The Bible is more than a book, it is really a library of 66 books, making up the Old and New Testaments. Among the characteristics making the Bible unique among other ancient literature are the facts that it was written by more than forty individuals from a variety of backgrounds, from shepherds to kings, over a period of at least 1500 years. Yet, the Bible maintains an unparalleled beauty, harmony, majesty, and relevance of message that makes it the most demanded book of all time and keeps it the all-time bestseller. The Bible is the most translated book in history, having been translated into more than 97 percent of the languages of the world which have a written alphabet, and even some which have no written alphabet of their own, using borrowed letters from closely related written languages. Your time and effort could not be more well spent than in the study of the "Book of the Ages."""But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; and that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works."2 Timothy 3:13-17 (King James Version) Just One Book When Sir Walter Scott was dying, he asked Lockhart to read to him. "What book?" asked Lockhart. "What book?" cried Sir Walter. There is but one book - the Bible.""There's just one Book!" cried the dying sage; "Read me the old, old story." And the winged words that can never age Wafted him home to glory. There's just one book. There's just one Book for the tender years- One book alone for guiding The little feet through the joys and fears That unknown days are hiding. There's just one Book. There's just one Book for the bridal hour, One Book of love's own coining; Its truths alone lend beauty and power To vows that lives are joining. There's just one Book. There's just one Book for life's gladness, One Book for the toilsome days; One Book that can cure life's madness; One Book that can voice life's praise. There's just one Book. There's just one Book for the dying, One Book for the starting tears, And one for the soul that's flying Home for the measureless years. There's just one Book.--Anonymous The Refiner's Fire He sat by a fire of seven-fold heat, As he watched by the precious ore, And closer He bent with a searching gaze As He heated it more and more.He knew He had ore that could stand the test, And He wanted the finest gold To mold as a crown for the King to wear, Set with gems with a price untold. So He laid our gold in the burning fire, Though we fain would have said Him, "Nay," And He watched the dross that we had not seen, And it melted and passed away. And the gold grew brighter and yet more bright; But our eyes were so dim with tears, We saw but the fire - not the Master's hand - And questioned with anxious fears.Yet our gold shown out with a richer glow, As it mirrored a Form above That bent o'er the fire, though unseen by us, With a look of ineffable love. Can we think that it pleased His loving heart To cause us a moment's pain? Ah, no! but He saw through the present cross The bliss of eternal gain.So He waited there with a watchful eye, With a love that is strong and sure, And His gold did not suffer a bit more heat Than was needed to make it pure.--Anonymous

to karen payne,
I lovingly invite you to read carefully my 3 comments below and see if you can better understand the law of LOVE.--- not of bondage! the ceremonial law (over 300)(of animal sacrifices etc) could be seen as bondage. these were instituted because of transgression of the law of LOVE - the ten commandments- which show us how to LOVE God, and how to LOVE each other - they are principles of LOVE - that cannot be seen as bondage. Is it reasonable to say that God brought Israel and a mixed throng out of slavery and 'bondage' in Egypt, only to place them in another 'bondage'? You misunderstand the references to the 'ceremonial laws' in the new Testament, because u bunch them together with the 10 commandments. They are 2 entirely different sets of laws. I must explain here again that we do not keep the 10 commandments to GET salvation - it is the other way around - when we get salvation by faith in Christ's finished work on the cross, He then gives us the power to live the -'good life'- which you speak of, which is living within the 10 commandments - which include His blessed 7th day Sabbath. It is very simple - Christ's LOVE for us, and our LOVE for Him, compels us to respond in obedience to Him --'If you LOVE ME, keep MY commandments' 'for THIS is the LOVE of God - THAT we KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS' 'I can do all things thru Christ Who strengthens me' 'If we sin we have an advocate - even Christ' Study the subject some more with the guidance of the Holy Spirit you will see the TRUTH, the WHOLE TRUTH!! visit the websites I gave to Pastor Wisdom. written by karn payne, February 24, 2009
hi there,i would have to agree with wisdom doe, jesus said i tell you if you have hated someone in your heart you have commited murder, looked at a woman in lust, commited adultery or fornication,so i would have to say that when we think through a act in our mind and heart we have done it in Gods eyes.paul said that no-one was ever able to obey the law completely so why after being freed by grace would we put bondage on again by trying to keep the law.the law was a taskmaster to show us we were in need of a saviour as we were inadequate to keep the law,Jesus then fulfilled the law by destroying sins power showing we no longer need to try in our own strength to obey these laws but instead recieve freely the gift of grace so we can walk in Gods goodness.the law will not give us salvation, only Jesus christ can give us that.the bible declares we are saved by grace and faith in Jesus, not by works lest any man should boast.the law has been fulfilled and we no longer need to strive to be good in our own strength and works,it was never going to work because man is inherently sinful because of the fall.all we need to do is trust christ and walk in the spirt to live a truly good life, sin still abounds but grace abounds much more the bible says...it is no longer we that sin,but sin that lives in my mortal body.hence we are not saved by our own merit but only by Gods amazing grace and sacrafice on the cross of calvary....thats just my view though according to what i see in the bible,i am always open to look at the bible and search out truth

Recently I discovered radio sermons I taped while overseas, Canada and USA, and I like these cassette tape sermons to be transferred to my Mac OS X Tiger. I also now can install Leopard as I have it. I have tried getting it over but what I have tried doesn't work. Does anyone know how to do it?

Pastor Wisdom Doe,
One very important comment I overlooked. The law points you to Christ for salvation which He gives you as His gift. Upon receiving salvation, out of your LOVE for Him, you then eagerly want to obey Him in keeping His commandments. He says'IF' you love me, KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS'. It is very simple -- Our LOVE results in OBEDIENCE!!--- which He empowers us then to do -- because outside of Him we could not do it (on our own) before we came to Him. You might still say, no one can keep the commandments perfectly - it cant be done. True if there is disobedience. But by faith - 'I can do ALL things thru Christ, Who strengthens me' also 'If any man be in Christ , he cannot sin' but 'If we sin, we have an advocate - Jesus Christ our Lord'. Like Peter, if we take our eyes off Him, we sink. Peter also denied Him - put he was forgiven. We both are trying to say the same thing. The only difference is that I see the Law (OF LOVE AND LIBERTY). You see the Law (OF LEGALITY) - the way the Pharisees did. I am almost sure that you know and teach your flock that upon receiving Salvation as His free gift, Christ calls us to a life of'HOLINESS'. What is this 'holiness'? It is simply non transgression of the law - in His power!!! In the new Testament you see the new commandment or new covenant as 'LOVE'. That is exactly what it is. The law of LOVE = the same (OLD) 10 commandments - now written in our (NEW) hearts by our same (OLD) Creator, Who has become our (NEW) Saviour!!! For 'THIS' is the 'LOVE' of God, 'THAT' WE KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS. This is the thread woven into the scriptures of which He says 'Search the scriptures-for in them ye think ye have salvation --- they speak or witness of Me!' written by endtimeelijah, February 23, 2009
to Wisdom Doe,
I made my other comment on this as brief as possible, because i was having problems sending messages to this forum. Please take my remarks with a spirit of love. If you continue to see Christ and His actions thru the same eyes as the Pharisees did -- you are in greeeeeeaaaaat danger, my brother. I personally sympathize with you because I held your views for over 40 years. It took me almost 3 years, after much travail and study to see the truth. I could not believe that I had been deceived for so long. Please bear this in mind --- NO ONE KNOWS THAT THEY ARE DECEIVED -- UNTIL THEY REALIZE THE TRUTH!!! Are you aware that many 'Sunday' Pastors and church leaders have found this truth? some deny it, some even personally worship with a 'Saturday' church, but keep their own congregation in the dark, fearing membership loss and such filthly lucre. on the other hand, many Sunday churches are simply moving to Saturday. Our Creator's SOUND in the earth right now is Rev.14:7 -- the message of the true REMNANT CHURCH!!! verse 8 is hot on its heels! To assist you and others, let me invite you to study the matter further, with the help of the blessed Holy Spirit, with open minds and hearts untainted by the bias of any earthly denomination. I do not hold to all the info on the foll. websites, but i find them very helpfull. meantime I ask you to pay heed to what is said by the moderators on this blog. For good context, i suggest following the order set out below:- gnmagazine.com - subject - Jesus Christ and the Sabbath..... this little known context will assist with changing you view from that of a Pharisee!!! amazingfacts.org - click- free online library (also Inside report) -- subjects -- Justification by faith, Does God's grace blot out the law, Feast days and sabbaths, Hidden eyes closed ears, (very unique study) Sunday, is it really sacred, Why God said REMEMBER, The Beast the Dragon and the Woman, etc Other topics -re the Millennium -see Satan in chains. helltruth.com, presenttruth.com worldslastchance.com LBM.org - ckeck free downloads - Daniel-detailed studies etc. written by endtimeelijah, February 23, 2009
to Wisdom Doe,
to you and all readers - this is crucial!!!!!! --- IF, Christ, being a Jew, broke the Sabbath or any of the other 9 commandments, He would have sinned, (transgressed the Law). Consequently, He, as a sinner, could not have died for us!!!!!!!! His Father would still be searching for the perfect one to die for us!!!!! Therefore, the whole Bible, would be a fallacy, and you nor any one else on planet Earth would have salvation.!!!!!! you make one of the greatest that most people do today. it is possibly the the most serious cause of misunderstanding of the perpetuity of the 10 commandments, and especially the Sabbath! Christ and His disciples never broke the Sabbath. He deliberately demonstrated to the Pharisees and their mainstream, establishment at the time, how they should go about keeping it the way it was originally meant to be observed --- with (good) judgement and mercy and faith (Mat.23:23)! They had smothered and covered the Sabbath with many layers of man made traditions. Zondervans dictionery claims over 290 traditions added to the Sabbath alone! e.g. If a home caught fire on the Sabbath, the occupants could not grab even one piece of clothes and escape carrying it in their hand, even if they were naked. That would be work!!! They had to risk dying inside and put it on before leaving the burning building. One could not spit on the ground, they would be watering the soil-- that was work! Do you see the mockery they had made of it? That is a part of why most of them missed their opportunity for salvation, they could not see Him as Messiah thru the darkness of their traditions. Those who continue to be deceived today by Satan, that same old dragon, continue to see (although they uphold 8or9) -the 10 commandments, and especially the Sabbath, thru the same eyes of the Pharisees (Mat.5:17-20)--Hypocrites, whitened sepulchres they were and by association remain the same today--(Mat.23:27) I was asked by one just a few days ago 'do you rise out of your bed on the Sabbath? - that is work!! This really gets me going sometimes --- The only solution --- until you start seeing the 10 commandments as our Creator's character, His Law of Liberty and LOVE in the new testament, as in the old, The 7th day Sabbath, as His personal IDENTIFICATION, His sign of Authority, His signature of all the scriptures, without which it is just another piece of paper -- you cannot come to HIS TRUTH. The other fundamental problem is that it must be recognized, that there are 2 distinct sets of laws, (1)the moral law - the 10 commandments orig. written on stone, and now in our hearts , by the same finger of our Creator! These were placed inside the ark of the covenant under the mercy seat, above which His glory hovered. These last from here to eternity --the Sabbath is seen in New Jerusalem (Isaiah66:22,23) If that is where you are heading, shouldn't you better start practicing now? (2)The ceremonial laws (approx 300 including other 'sabbath(s)' -- animal sacrifices etc. These were the 'shadows' 'hand writing' in the book by Moses, placed in the side of the ark as a 'witness' 'against us'. 'Curses' accompanied these. The words in quotation marks above identify these when discussed in the new Testament. Without this basic understanding, the whole question of the law, especially in the new testament, becomes one large entangled web, like a bowl of spaghetti. written by Natalie K, February 23, 2009
Rev. 2:17 says, "He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it."
In the Bible a person's name often stands for his character, and a new name would indicate a new character, one that is patterned after God. As for Wisdom Doe, we are told that sin is the transgression of the law (1 John 3:4), which law? Logically, the Ten Commandments. The Sabbath day is part of the Ten Commandments that were written by God's own finger. Indeed, Jesus came so that grace may abound, but remember what Paul says: Romans 6:15, "What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid." Romans 3:31, "Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law." Do you go killing people or stealing from them, etc, because you are no longer under the law but under grace? Do you go worshiping images and having other gods before the Lord because you are under grace? Of course not! Then why do you not think that the Sabbath is no longer important? It is part of the Ten Commandments like all the rest mentioned above. God bless you. In His love and service, WLC Team written by Robert Wurster, February 23, 2009
the new name on the white stone is the person recieveing the stone

I am writing based on what this statement reads:
No one has adequately fulfilled the requirements of this challenge since the challenge began 1120 days ago. **POINT TO NOTE: THE SABBATH IS OF THE LAW—Exo 20:8 Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. And Christ is the end of the law.....Rm. 10:4 Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the Sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God. Joh 5:18 Lets read this about Jesus concerning the Sabbath: At that time Jesus went on the Sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were an hungred, and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat. Mat 12:1.......................But when the Pharisees saw [it], they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the Sabbath day .(Mat 12:2) This was Jesus’ response: But he said unto them, have ye not read what David did, when he was an hungred, and they that were with him; How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests? Mat 12:3-4................................................................. For the Son of man is Lord even of the Sabbath day. Mat 12:8 Some scriptures about the Sabbath Joh 5:16 And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus, and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the Sabbath day. Mat 12:10 And, behold, there was a man which had [his] hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath days? That they might accuse him. Mar 2:27 And he said unto them, The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath: Luk 13:14 And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day. Paul said I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: (Gal 1:6). As born again, we are called into grace. The Bible makes us to understand that the law was given by Moses, [but] grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. (John 1:17). So we are therefore no more under the law; For Christ [is] the end of the law for righteousness to everyone that believeth. (Rom 10:4). That is why Paul said let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the Sabbath [days]: (Col 2:16) We are therefore warned not to frustrate this grace because it is God’s free gift that He bestowed on us. Because it was not possible that righteousness should come by the working of the Law Paul said I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness [come] by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. (Gal 2:21) Christ didn’t die in vain because we know that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified (Gal 2:16) So then why judge me by the law? The Sabbath is of the Law : Pastor Wisdom Doe written by Wisdom Dickson Doe, February 21, 2009
The Sabbath is of the law and we are no more under the law but under grace. the law was given to Moses but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
