The shock of theft is rarely just about the loss of physical property. Whether it is the digital theft of finances, the physical stripping of a home, or the systemic robbery of an inheritance, theft carries a sting of violation and powerlessness. It feels as though the “terrible” has won and the “mighty” has walked away with your peace. However, for the believer, the story does not end at the moment of loss. In the economy of Yahuwah, there is a legal framework for restoration that is rooted in the character of Yahushua Christ.
To understand how to reclaim what has been taken, we must look at the intersection of two powerful scriptures: the prophetic promise of Isaiah 49:24-26 and the apostolic assurance of 2 Corinthians 1:20. Together, they reveal that Yahuwah is not a passive observer of your loss; He is the Chief Litigator of your restoration.
The Dilemma: Can the Prey be Taken?
Isaiah 49:24 opens with a question that echoes the cry of every victim of injustice: “Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered?”
In the ancient world, once a “mighty” warrior or a “terrible” tyrant took plunder, it was considered gone. There was no higher court to appeal to. In our case [WLC], a thief has used technological mastery to establish a “right” over our digital funds. The world looks at our situation and says, “It is gone; the mighty have it now.”

But verse 25 provides the divine “Nevertheless.” Yahuwah responds: “Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.”

The “Yes” and “Amen”: How Christ Secures the Promise
For many, Isaiah 49 feels like a beautiful poem from a bygone era. However, 2 Corinthians 1:20 changes the nature of this promise from a historical hope to a current legal reality: “For all the promises of Yahuwah in him are Yes, and in him Amen.”
This means that when Yahushua Christ was brought into existence by Father Yahuwah in the womb of Mary, He took every promise Yahuwah had ever made—including the promise to recover stolen prey—and stamped it with a permanent “Yes.” He did this through three specific works:
1. The Binding of the Strongman
In the Gospels, Yahushua spoke of a “strong man” who guards his palace and his goods. He then explained that one “stronger than he” must come to bind him and take his spoils (Luke 11:21-22). By His death and resurrection, Yahushua became the Stronger Man. He disarmed the spiritual authorities that empower theft and injustice. When WLC claims Isaiah 49 today, we are not asking Father Yahuwah to start a fight; we are asking Him to enforce the victory Christ already won. The “mighty” thief is legally outmatched by the “Almighty” Savior.
2. From Victims to Heirs: The Sealed Decree of Restoration
The enemy used deception to cast us as victims, but that label no longer applies. Because you are “in Him [Yahushua],” our identity has been transformed from “captive” to “Heir of Yahuwah.” As heirs, we possess a lawful claim to our portion—a right signed and sealed by the blood of Yahushua. The restoration of what was stolen is not just a hope; it is a settled legal reality.
3. The Role of the Redeemer
Isaiah 49:26 concludes with a specific title for Yahuwah: “Thy Savior and thy Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.” In Hebrew culture, a Go’el (Redeemer) was a kinsman responsible for recovering property that a relative had lost or was forced to sell. Yahushua is our Kinsman-Redeemer. He has taken personal responsibility for our losses. The “Amen” in 2 Corinthians 1:20 is our authorization for Him to act on your behalf.

Applying the Promise to the WLC Experience of Theft
To move from the pain of loss to the peace of restoration, we must learn to apply this “Yes” to our specific case of theft. This is not positive thinking; it is a spiritual appeal to the Highest Court.
Phase 1: Identifying the “Contender”
Yahuwah says, “I will contend with him that contendeth with thee.” In our case, the “contender” is the thief. By bringing this to Christ, WLC is handing over the “legal fees” of our anxiety. In effect, we are declaring, “Yahushua our Master: this thief has contended with our means; therefore, You are now legally bound by Your Word to contend with them.”
Phase 2: The Demand for Delivery
The promise specifically mentions that the “prey” (the stolen goods) shall be delivered. When you pray, we are not begging Yahuwah to be nice; we are merely claiming a verified promise. What we are saying is this: “Yahushua, our Master, in 2 Corinthians 1:20, You said all of Yahuwah’s promises are ‘Yes’ in Me. Therefore, the promise of Isaiah 49:25—that the prey of the terrible shall be delivered—is ‘Yes’ for our stolen funds. WLC is now claiming the ‘Amen’ over this restoration.”
Phase 3: The Backfire Effect
Isaiah 49:26 describes a strange phenomenon: the oppressors “feeding on their own flesh.” This is a graphic way of saying that the thief’s weapons will eventually turn on them. When property is stolen from a believer who stands on the Word, that property becomes a “hot coal” in the hands of the thief. Whether it leads to their conviction, their confession, or a supernatural “return” through other avenues, the injustice begins to consume itself.
The Practical “Amen”: Steps to Spiritual Recovery
While WLC pursued every natural avenue available, we have chosen to cling to the spiritual “Amen,” and taken the following steps:
- We Relinquished the Vengeance, Retained the Claim: Yahuwah says He will contend. Our job is to stay in the “Yes” of Christ, refusing to let the thief steal our identity as believers, as provided by Yahuwah.
- Speak the Word over the Loss: Every time the “sting” of the theft returns, we claim the promise. “The prey of the terrible shall be delivered.” This has kept our hearts aligned with Christ’s “Amen” rather than with the “No” of the world or the skeptics.
- Expect the “Extra”: In the Bible, whenever Yahuwah intervened in theft, the restoration was often more than the original loss (Exodus 22:1). Christ’s “Yes” is not just for the bare minimum; it is for the “glory of Yahuwah by us” (2 Cor 1:20).
Conclusion: Standing on the Verified Promise
Our experience of theft was an attempt to write a “No” over the ministry of WLC—a “No” to our security, a “No” to our hard work, and a “No” to Yahuwah’s protection. But 2 Corinthians 1:20 reminds us that the final word belongs to Yahushua. In Him, the promise of Isaiah 49:24-26 is active, verified, and ready for your “Amen.”
The “mighty” may have taken a temporary hold of our means, but they cannot keep it against the “Mighty One of Jacob.” As we stand in Christ, we are standing with the One who has already broken the gates of brass and cut the bars of iron. Our restoration is not a matter of “if,” but a matter of the “Yes” that has already been spoken in the heavens.
With deep gratitude to Father Yahuwah and Master Yahushua, we acknowledge that the restoration of the stolen funds is an accomplished work. We hold the timing of the physical recovery as secondary to the spiritual reality of Their faithfulness, trusting completely in Their perfect appointed time.

The Restoration Decree: How Christ Secures for WLC The Recovery from Unjust Theft
[Verse 1]
Though the mighty took the prey,
Yahuwah has heard our cry.
In the shadow of the loss,
Yahushua is standing by.
The thief may claim a right,
But the Father holds the scale;
Yahuwah will fight for WLC,
Yahushua will prevail.
[Chorus]
In Yahushua we find the Yes,
In Yahuwah the great Amen.
Every promise is secure,
He restores it all again.
The Redeemer takes the case,
In Yahuwah we find our rest.
Through Yahushua we are heirs,
By His mercy, we are blessed.
[Verse 2]
Can the captive be set free?
Yahuwah has answered plainly.
Even from the terrible,
Yahushua breaks every chain.
He contends with every foe,
Yahuwah defends His own.
In Yahushua, WLC is hid,
Safe before the Father’s throne.

[Bridge]
Kinsman-Redeemer, You lead,
Yahushua, our Master, King.
Unto Yahuwah the praise,
For the recovery You bring.
Yahushua, the victory,
Yahuwah, the work is wrought.
[Outro]
It is done in Yahuwah,
In Yahushua, WLC abides.
Yahuwah, our faithful Shield,
In Yahushua, we will hide.
Amen and Amen.
In Yahushua’s profound declaration of Yahuwah the Father, that , “My Father worketh hitherto, and I work,” He is asserting that, just as Yahuwah continually works and is not limited by the Sabbath, He too is engaged in the ongoing works of God.
We recognize the continuous nature of Yahuwah’s work in our welfare and the world around us, which does not pause for any ordinance, law, or custom.
Let us rejoice that ” He that keepeth thee (the little flock inclusive of WLC) will not slumber.”
Yahuwah’s watch is continously present in danger, uncertainty, or spiritual stumbling.
Unlike humans, no predator can catch Him off guard, and so, ensuring that His protection is unceasing.
Yahuwah….ever vigilant in guarding and preserving our lives.
Halleluyah.
Amen, Brother Charles. Thanks for this timely encouragement.
Where Yahuwah guides, He provides,
where He leads, He supplies all needs –
and be assured –
abundantly more, is always in His store………..
HA llelu YAH!!
Amen, beloved Brother Fred. Praise Father Yahuwah’s Name forever and ever.
Surely, Yahuwah words are yea and amen. Thanks to Father’s Yahuwah promises.
Indeed, dear Sister Blessing. Praise Father Yahuwah’s Name for His Faithfulness and Goodness, and for Yahushua’s Yes and Amen.
