We don’t need seminary training or advanced degrees to understand truth. Seminaries can offer helpful instruction, but they also pass down the traditions and errors a denomination still holds. Our confidence can’t rest in academic credentials. What we truly need is to go to Yahuwah ourselves—seeking Him directly in His Word. Most people don’t intentionally promote error. However, pastors, priests, and those employed by a denomination or church organization often have a vested interest in defending their organization’s established beliefs, even when Scripture clearly doesn’t support some teachings. Where do you stand?
