Please explain how the first manna week was in harmony with the lunar Sabbath?

Answer: Let’s begin with an illustration for the first week manna was given.

A close examination of Exodus 16:1-2 reveals that the Israelites did not actually travel on the 15th, but rather murmured and complained on that day, for Yahuwah would not have led them to travel on His Sabbath which He was in the process of teaching them to observe.

Let’s examine the evidence in this second illustration. Here we see the whole month stretched out. It is divided into days & nights and then into weeks. The Scriptural evidence declares that the manna began to fall on the morning of the 16th, and continued to fall for a total of six mornings. The 22nd day was the seventh-day Sabbath and no manna fell, for it was Yahuwah’s Holy Sabbath. From this date all the other Sabbaths for this month can be conclusively found. Correct?

Since Sabbath is always the seventh-day of the week, and was also located on the 8th day of the month, then what day of the week was the 2nd day of the month? Your answer should be the first day of the week. Are you following this so far? What day of the month is New Moon day? Day 1. What day of the week was New Moon day? It is never a day of the week, nor is it a Sabbath.

Thus saith the Sovereign Yahuwah; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened. Ezekiel 46:1

Refer to the illustration above. If at Creation Yahuwah had designed weeks to be unending chains of successive seven-day cycles with no interruption, then it all would have ended this very first month that the manna was given. New Moon day is the interruption each and every month that begins each month anew and refreshed. It is an interruption because it is an additional day placed between two seven-day weeks. If successive weeks were Yahuwah’s plan then why would He deliberately mess it up the very month He is restoring to Israel His original time system for keeping Sabbath? The evidence shows that Yahuwah didn’t mess up the unbroken chain of successive weeks, but rather the evidence shows that it had never existed until it was introduced by paganism in 800 B.C.
