What is Yahushua Christ Doing Now?

Question: What is Yahushua Christ Doing Now?

Answer:

1) Yahushua is now at God's right hand:

Acts 7:55-6
But he (Stephen), being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Yahushua standing on the right hand of God, And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.

Romans 8:34
Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Ephesians 1:20
Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places.

Revelation 3:21
To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

Hebrews 10:12
But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;

In biblical times, the right hand was the hand of blessing, authority, and power:

Matthew 28:18
And Yahushua came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Acts 2:36
Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Yahushua, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

John 5:23
That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

2) Yahushua is now the Head of the Church and building the Church:

Ephesians 1:22-23
And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

Acts 2:46-47
And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord (Yahushua) added to the church daily such as should be saved.

Ephesians 5:23-24
... Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

1 Corinthians 11:3
But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

3) Yahushua is interceding for us as our mediator:

Romans 8:34
Who is he that condemns? Christ Yahushua, who died– more than that, who was raised to life— is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.

1 Timothy 2:5-6
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Yahushua; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

4) Yahushua is interceding for us as the high priest according the order of Melchisedec:

Hebrews 5:5-6
So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee. As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

Hebrews 6:20
Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Yahushua, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

Hebrews 7:15-17
And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest, Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life. For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

Hebrews 7:24-25
But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

5) Yahushua hears our prayers and responds to us:

Yahushua is the one who understands all our infirmities. We can pour out our hearts to him any time and know that he completely identifies with us.

Heb 4:15
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

We can ask Yahushua for anything:

John 14:14
If you shall ask me any thing in my name, I will do it.

The apostles prayed to Yahushua:

Acts 1:23-26
So they proposed two men: Joseph called Barsabbas (also known as Justus) and Matthias. Then they prayed, "Lord, you know everyone's heart. Show us which of these two you have chosen to take over this apostolic ministry, which Judas left to go where he belongs." Then they cast lots, and the lot fell to Matthias; so he was added to the eleven apostles.

Stephen prayed to Yahushua:

Acts 7:59-60
While they were stoning him, Stephen prayed, "Lord Yahushua, receive my spirit." Then he fell on his knees and cried out, "Lord, do not hold this sin against them." When he had said this, he fell asleep.

Paul prayed to Yahushua:

2 Corinthians 12:8-9
For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

6) Yahushua is giving grace to all believers:

Ephesians 4:7
But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it.

7) Yahushua is strengthening and protecting his people:

2 Thessalonians 3:3
But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.

Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

8) Yahushua is giving revelation to the members of his Body:

Revelation 1:1
The Revelation of Yahushua Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John.

Galatians 1:11-12
But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Yahushua Christ.

9) Yahushua is giving ministries to Christians:

Ephesians 4:11-12
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.
