Weekly Survey
In Eastern religions, the goal of meditation is inner peace or spiritual enlightenment. That may sound appealing, but it is sought apart from its true purpose—without Yah. The focus is on emptying the mind, chanting a mantra, or concentrating on one’s own intention, with the belief that personal effort leads to elevation and peace. The result may feel spiritual, but it is achieved without Yah, so it is harmful. Where do you stand?
