The purpose of any priesthood is to mediate between the divine Creator and humanity. Humans—and even angels—can serve as mediators, but God does not mediate between Himself and mankind. Therefore, if Yahushua were fully divine—“very God of very God,” as the Nicene Creed claims—He could not be a mediator. Yet Paul states plainly that He is: “the mediator… the man… Christ Yahushua.” Where do you stand?
