Home Ekklesia

The WLC Team believes that it is high time that Yahuwah's people come out of Babylon (all the churches which today are found to be mixing truth with error in varying degrees resulting in confusion) and heed His call found in Revelation 18.

This call is a command:

"And I heard another voice from heaven saying, Come out of her, My people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. For her sins have reached to heaven, and Yahuwah has remembered her iniquities." (Revelation 18:4, 5)

Once we obey His command we are assured of the following promise.

"Therefore 'Come out from among them and be separate, says Yahuwah. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.' 'I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says Yahuwah Almighty.' " (2 Cor. 6:17, 18)

Family Home Church: Small family reading Bible and praying togetherThus, separation from Babylon is but the first step to be taken by any lover of truth in order to become a son or daughter of our loving Father.  When we separate from Babylon, we do not enter a state of idleness or a spiritual desert.  Our loving Father wants to complete His work in our hearts and perfect our character for Heaven.  And He has ordained that in the ekklesia, the ekklesia of the first born, that we will ripen for the Heavenly harvest.  Therefore, starting  a home ekklesia is not an option for His people, but a must

"But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living Eloah, the Heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and ekklesia of the firstborn who are registered in Heaven, to Yahuwah the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, to Yahushua the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel." (Hebrews 12:22-24)
The reason why we use Ekklesia and not church when referring to Yahuwah's faithful in WLC content is because the word "church" does not accurately convey the meaning of the original Greek, "Ekklesia." Throughout the New Testament, Ekklesia refers to the Called Out Ones. The word "church," which emphasizes a group, is therefore an erroneous translation and should never have been used. Christians are literally the Called Out Ones. The true followers of Yahushua are indeed the Called Out Ones from the organized denominations and religions of fallen Babylon. When the call to flee Babylon has been heard, none are to again return to Babylonian churches and forms of religion.

"Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching." (Hebrews 10:25).

For those who may wrongly think that we suggest home ekklesia as simply an option, as opposed to a must, we invite you to become familiar with an Old Testament prophecy foretelling that in the time of the end, all churches will be, in His eyes, fallen and corrupt.

We are confident that Yahuwah will bless and guide your steps when you resolve to start a home ekklesia.  May Yahuwah bless you and shine His face on you as you resolve to sever links with all denominational churches today, and seek to establish a home ekklesia, where He can bless you with His presence and ripen you for the final harvest.
