How can I save calendar data to a PDF for printing later or viewing offline?
To Save Calendar Data to a PDF:
Select your location on the Calendar Application.
Click Print in the upper-right hand corner.
Choose the number of months that you would like to print (up
to 99 at a time).
Click Print.
Choose Adobe PDF* as the "Name" of your desired
printer.
Then, simply name the file, select a destination, and click Save.
Saving to a PDF will allow you to view the data when working
offline.
