A Letter from Yahushua: About Yahuwah Our Father and Me (Continued)

The chroniclers of my earthly ministry wrote plainly; they did not write esoteric treatises which can be understood only by an elite. Listen to what they actually say. This game must end, of “finding” hidden claims in their writings such as that I am Yahuwah or a “G-d-man.” No, that I walked on water was not a hint.

25 And in the fourth watch of the night Yahushua o them, walking on the sea. 26 And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. . . . 33 Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of G-d. Matt. 14: 25,26,33 [See also: Mark 6:45–52; John 6:16–21]

Nor is my claim that I will return on the clouds.

Yahushua saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. Matt. 26:64

And Yahushua said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. Mark 14:62

Nor are my statements that I am various things.

And Yahushua said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. John 6:35

I am the light of the world: --- light of life. John 8:12

--- I am the door of the sheep. John 10:7

I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. John 10:11

--- I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: John 11:25

Yahushua saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6

I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. John 15:1

I told you plainly who I am.

15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living G-d [Yahuwah]. 17 And Yahushua answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. Matt. 16:15–17

And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ. Mark 8:29

He said unto them, But whom say ye that I am? Peter answering said, The Christ of G-d [Yahuwah]. Luke 9:20

But these are written, that ye might believe that Yahushua is the Christ, the Son of G-d [Yahuwah]; and that believing ye might have life through his name. John 20:31

I am a teacher, not a mumbling soothsayer, and my students understood me. But will you? If you think these writings’ clear message that I am Yahuwah’s Messiah is boring, you have not yet understood it. Pray that our Father in heaven will open your eyes to it. Even I will pray for you, if I see that you are trying to humbly receive “the words of eternal life.”

Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. John 6:68

...which I have brought you from the Father.

Then said Yahushua unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. John 8:28

For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. John 12:49

Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. John 14:10

In conclusion, look at the record of one of the truly great days in this new era. My servant Luke has given you a faithful summary of the first sermon of this new age. In it, my friend and messenger Peter does not preach that I am Yahuwah in human form. He does not say that I am Yahuwah himself or call me a “G-d-man.” He does not theorize that I have a divine nature. He does not credit me with creating the world. He does not credit me with Yahuwah’s deeds in the times of Abraham or Moses. Rather, he quite correctly describes me as “a man attested to you by Yahuwah with deeds of power, wonders, and signs that Yahuwah did through him among you.”

Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Yahushua of Nazareth, a man approved of G-d [Yahuwah] among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which G-d [Yahuwah] did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: Acts 2:22

Is that not good enough for you? That, friends, is the good news of this new era. There is no need for another Yahuwah, a second G-d, or an additional “true G-d” who is someone other than the one who I say is the only true G-d, Yahuwah.

Peter did not fail to preach the good news. Rather, he preached it unencumbered by unnecessary human speculations. Now you go to all nations in my name and do the same.

Sincerely,

Yahushua
