Answer:

Triune G-d? No
  • There is not a single text in the entire Bible that supports the idea that Moses believed in a triune G-d.
One G-d? Yes

Moses was the one who was called to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. It was very important that they did not forget the G-d of their fathers. Note what Yahuwah said to Moses: "And G-d said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, The LORD G-d [Yahuwah Elohim] of your fathers, the G-d of Abraham, the G-d of Isaac, and the G-d of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations. (Exodus 3:15)
  • G-d of Abraham
  • G-d of Isaac
  • G-d of Jacob
And who was their G-d? Yahuwah Elohim, the only true G-d of Israel.
  • Go, and gather the elders of Israel together, and say unto them, The LORD G-d [Yahuwah Elohim] of your fathers, the G-d of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, appeared unto me, saying, I have surely visited you, and seen that which is done to you in Egypt: (Exodus 3:16)

  • And they shall hearken to thy voice: and thou shalt come, thou and the elders of Israel, unto the king of Egypt, and ye shall say unto him, The LORD G-d [Yahuwah Elohim] of the Hebrews hath met with us: and now let us go, we beseech thee, three days' journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to the LORD our G-d [Yahuwah our Elohim]. (Exodus 3:18)

  • And Moses said unto the LORD [Yahuwah], O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue. (Exodus 4:10)

  • That the LORD [Yahuwah] spake unto Moses, saying, I am the LORD [Yahuwah]: speak thou unto Pharaoh king of Egypt all that Isay unto thee. (Exodus 6:29)

  • And G-d said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM (hayah asher hayah): and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. (Exodus 3:14)
Conclusion:
Moses also believed in and experienced the only true G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob - Yahuwah, Elohim of the Hebrews, the heavenly Father, the I AM that I AM.
