While WLC continues to uphold the observance of the Seventh-Day Sabbath, which is at the heart of Yahuwah's moral law, the 10 Commandments, we no longer believe that the annual feast days are binding upon believers today. Still, though, we humbly encourage all to set time aside to commemorate the yearly feasts with solemnity and joy, and to learn from Yahuwah’s instructions concerning their observance under the Old Covenant. Doing so will surely be a blessing to you and your home, as you study the wonderful types and shadows that point to the exaltation of Messiah Yahushua as the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, the conquering lion of the tribe of Judah, and the Lamb of Yahuwah that takes away the sins of the world.

Why does WLC continue to use Gregorian dates for the Weekly Surveys, etc?
Answer:Thanks for raising this reasonable point which we have considered many times. However, there are major complications which are not apparent on the surface.
The computer does not recognize the Biblical dates of the Luni-solar calendar. Entering in the weekly survey questions as well as the daily quiz questions is something that must be done in advance by date. Because the true calendar does not perfectly line up with the Gregorian, it is not always practical to use it for purposes of coding on a computer system that only recognizes Gregorian dates.
We live in a world that is united in using the pagan calendar. There is nothing inherently wrong with using dates that are easily recognized and understood by everyone. The only thing you do not want to do is to use the pagan calendar for setting worship dates etc.
