Discovering Yahuwah’s Purpose, His intended Blessings & Peace

Yahuwah created us to fulfill His purpose and as we do so, there are tremendous attending blessings, both now and for the future. However, our cultural mindset has warped our understanding of scripture. In many instances the roles of the sexes have been blurred and actually reversed in light of what Yahuwah intended. With men acting as women and women playing the role of men, confusion persists.

Careful examination of the woman’s position in the family and the Ekklesia/Assembly, as detailed in scripture, reveals the intended roles of male and female. A firm grasp of the original intention and purpose of Yahuwah for the woman in the Ekklesia, will make her role very clear and without question. The inevitable sneers of scoffers including today’s ‘women’s lib’ movement etc. will fade in face of the new found freedom and contentment offered in Yahushua.

Yahuwah’s declaration – women are unfit for the leadership role

Through His prophet Isaiah, Yahuwah Himself declared how unfit it is for women to be in the leadership role:

Isaiah 3:12- As for My people, children are their oppressors, And women rule over them. O My people! Those who lead you cause you to err, And destroy the way of your paths.”

In this scripture, children and women are being described as oppressors and rulers. In ‘modern society’ this is indeed the case, children can even ‘divorce’ their parents legally and women rule in every area of life. Yahuwah never intended women to be rulers any more than He intended children to be oppressors. Even so, many still seek out scriptures to support the exact opposite of Yahuwah’s plan.

We cannot be at peace until we are fulfilling Yahuwah’s plan for men and women, in the special way He designed it.

To discover the Creator’s plan, we must start by scrutinizing Genesis chapters 1&2 for the first record located there. Then we must follow through with all the other texts relevant to this path for His ‘peculiar’ people who are His true believers today.

Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: Exodus 19:5

For thou art an holy people unto Yahuwah, Who hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.
Deuteronomy 14:2
